Preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders
About the Program
Ukrainian Business Leaders: Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UBL PIE) will expose participants to U.S. organizations and policies that promote a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and competitiveness as well as improve investment and business climates.
Comprehensive On-Program Support
Participants receive comprehensive support before, during, and after the program. American Councils will lead pre-program orientations in Ukraine and the U.S. to prepare participants for a successful fellowship experience.
Individual Fellowship in a U.S. Office
Individually-tailored fellowship will be identified for each participant based on their interest and area of expertise. Fellows will be matched with a U.S. organization, where they will spend three weeks working alongside their American counterparts.
Alumni Mentorship
Participants will be supported by alumni mentors who will provide guidance and perspective throughout the fellowship. Mentors will help participants navigate their time in the U.S. and ease their transition into the broader alumni network.
The participants of the UBL PIE Fall 2023 cohort met with Ukraine's Ambassador to the USA, Oksana Markarova, during the welcome orientation in Washington, D.C.
